About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile products
• Translate briefs into modern, clean, and functional UI
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency in the final product
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when needed
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, spacing, and usability
• A portfolio showcasing real-world projects or case studies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work from our office and be part of an energetic, hands-on team

Bonus Points For

• Experience designing SaaS or web platforms
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer handoff
• Motion design or prototyping skills using tools like Framer or Principle
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
