Our research for the Pedometer app involved exploring user expectations and pain points with current fitness trackers. Through surveys, interviews, and usability tests, we identified key user needs: accurate step counting, ease of use, and motivating features. We also analyzed competitor apps to pinpoint market gaps, such as improved device synchronization and personalized experiences. These insights guided our design and development to ensure the app effectively meets user needs.
